We started as two local friends from the Cedar Falls area who wanted to change the way people experience construction, to make it more personal, more transparent, and built on trust. After seeing too many homeowners feel left in the dark, we decided to build something different: a company where people come first, and quality follows naturally.

Absolutely! TEAM Builders is covered with all the proper licensing and insurance needed to run our building operations all across the Cedar Valley, Iowa area.
When you work with TEAM Builders, we cover everything related to the construction process. This includes submitting a building design to the appropriate city or county departments for building permits prior to construction. If any building inspections are needed in your area we also organize those as required by code.
